Course
Levels: All of the training courses can be tailored
to meet your exact needs, using exercises from your industry,
role-plays about existing clients and real problem solving.
In addition to this all of the courses can be offered to meet
the different skills, knowledge and experience of the delegates,
we refer to this by identifying it as:
Stage 1: Which covers a basic
entry level of knowledge and experience.
This level tends to be aimed at new staff to the company or
staff who have been newly promoted.
Stage 2- Which covers a
more in-depth level of knowledge and experience and assumes
that the delegates are either needing an update on best practice
methods, needs a refresher of previous skills and has some
relevant experience of the topic.
Stage 3: Which covers a detailed
approach to the subject and requires the delegates to be competent
in the subject matter. This is a challenging level of training
dealing with real issues and expecting real results. This
training is usually attended by more senior delegates.
