Where is Attitudes Training located?
Our Head Office is located in Glasgow and we have another
near Aberdeen. Our training associates are located throughout
the UK. This enables us to operate with ease within the UK.
Do Attitudes trainers hold relevant
qualifications?
All trainers are drawn from a diversity of commercial and
academic backgrounds. Each of our trainers has relevant qualifications
in his or her areas of expertise.
Is Attitudes flexible in approach?
It is our aim at Attitudes to form productive long-term relationships
with our clients. We acknowledge that
the world of training and development is a rapidly changing
and often unpredictable environment. The ability to respond
with speed and flexibility to clients` requirements is critical.
Is prior consultation required?
Yes, where possible and especially at the beginning of a project.
When working with clients we consider consultation to be a
great asset to the overall project. It allows for a deeper
understanding of the company
needs and ensures a match for exercises used or examples made
during our work, along with any additional information which
helps us deliver added value to the client. Often this time
invested at the beginning proves
very cost effective overall.
Are Attitudes programmes client-specific?
Emphasis is placed on identifying the business objectives
of the client and matching these, wherever relevant, with
the personal objectives of delegates. The findings of the
consultation are then linked to specific subject material
to form the focus of the programme. In practice, this approach
enhances trainer-delegate empathy and ultimately influences
the impact of the programme.
How are fees calculated?
Fees are calculated on a daily basis. Our competitive daily
fee is calculated at the beginning of a project, which allows
for cost control by the client. Payment methods and a schedule
can also be negotiated on this basis.
How many delegates may attend a typical
training programme?
Attitudes training programmes may be attended by a maximum
of 12 delegates. The dynamics of specific programmes will
be discussed at the consultation stage, as you may wish a
more intense programme for
fewer people. Also if the programme is highly practical by
nature (i.e. presentation skills) then this number
may need to be reduced.
How are Attitudes training programmes
evaluated?
Internally: an ongoing performance management process is in
place to monitor our trainers.
Externally: delegates and clients are invited to submit a
detailed evaluation of each training programme.
