Coaching and reinforcement
Coaching ensures that new skills are moved from the level
of understanding within the classroom environment through
to application in the workplace. A clear distinction exists
between a review of performance and performance coaching.
For managers, reviewing and coaching are different skills
to be applied at different times: reviewing is all about results
- what has been achieved and what can and cannot be changed.
Coaching is about the behaviours that give us results.
Pre-Training Questionnaires are available to evaluate,
experience, expectations and line manage comments.
Post Training Evaluation for delegates to complete
a feed back form giving detailed comments on the training
experience and the trainer.
Feedback is given to HR departments or to the delegate
managers on their performance during the training.
